Shipment of Marijuana Arrives at Bengals Players Home

Two and a half pounds of marijuana arrived at the home of Bengals wide receiver Jerome Simpson on Wednesday.  California agents were tracking the shipment of weed and were surprised where its final destination was.  No arrests have been made yet but authorities from several areas are investigating the situation.  Simpson was home at his home with his girlfriend and teammate Anthony Collins.  His girlfriend was the one who accepted the package delivery.  A search of Simpson's home revealed an additional six pounds of marijuana, several weed smoking devices, and scales.  The Bengals have had a long tracklist of poor off field conduct, including 10 arrests in a 10 month period from 2006-2007.  This certainly doesn't help the Bengals image and ownership needs to make some serious adjustments.
Since Carson Palmer was seen tailgating at USC over the weekend, perhaps he is the "plug" in Cali and is growing and selling the reefer instead of playing quarterback for the team.  Instead of passing the ball to Jerome Simpson and scoring touchdowns this season, he's throwing "the long ball" across country and scoring in another fashion.  We caught ya Carson!
