Terrelle Pryor Can't Play Until Week 6

The NFL determined that Ohio State QB Terrelle Pryor is eligible for the Supplemental Draft being held August 22.  However, after he is drafted and signs with a team, he will not be allowed to practice or play with that team until Week 6.  He is allowed to participate in preseason games though.
As we all know, Ohio State was involved in a huge scandal last season that involved players receiving improper benefits.  Pryor, the star QB, made some poor decisions which affected his eligibility for the NFL Draft.

"... Pryor made decisions that undermine the integrity of the eligibility rules for the NFL Draft," the league said. "Those actions included failing to cooperate with the NCAA and hiring an agent in violation of NCAA rules, which resulted in Ohio State declaring him ineligible to continue playing college football."

Ohio State had already planned to suspend Pryor, and other returning players who violated NCAA rules, for five games, which is a huge penalty in college football.  Pryor opted not to return for his senior season amid the turmoil at Ohio State.  Pryor was one of the top QB's in college football the past few years, known for his mobility and play making abilities.  We will find out Monday if a team is willing to take a chance on him, knowing that he won't be available until Week 6.  Pryor is a natural athlete with NFL talent, but I don't believe his playing style will translate well into the NFL.
