Detox Almost Finished?

    The long awaited 'Detox' album from Dr. Dre has almost become a punchline these days.  But, according to Snoop Dogg and other collaborators, the album is almost finished and should be "delivered soon."  This album has had so much hype surrounding it the past decade most people thought it would never come out.  Until it actually hits stores, I won't even believe it.  So hopefully it does come out soon and lives up to the hype.  What was better than jamming out to Dre's last album, Chronic 2001?  Snoop, Dre, Eminem, (RIP) Nate Dogg, Xzibit, Devon the Dude, DPG, etc.  Hopefully these aging artists still give us that old school flavor we are thirsty for and the album is an instant classic.  I imagine they will have the usual featured artists as well as some sort of dedication to Nate Dogg.  The album may not compare to Dre's previous work but it will be good to hear some of these pioneers of rap back together on the same album.  Anything Dre, Snoop, and Eminem touch is usually a hit.   Click here to read what Snoop has to say about the album.
